Yes, hello!
I am seeking to move back to the NW after living in Hawaii and coming back to New Orleans. I am so so done with New Orleans on a spiritual lvl. It feels very isolating and jarring to the nervous system for me. I have been paying $1700/month and thank god- a friend is letting me rent at his place for only $600/ month so that I may save up for an RV and be able to do forest camping/park on land/etc while up north. My astrologer advised me to move in December, but I will more likely move in April when the weather is nicer- since I do not want to drive for the first time thru snow!! OR - I am also open to moving ASAP if there’s a room for rent in a space that fits for me…
A little more about me: I have only 1 living family member, so I’ve been really strong and self sufficient for years but want nothing more than to be soft and supported (emotionally/part financially) by a partner. I understand that is not something you can rush, but I am of the mind that if I place myself in circles of more like minded/hearted humans- I could increase my chances of meeting “the one”.
I want to know and trust that I won’t forever be alone like I am now, and I pray to attract a community of authentic, genuine friends.
I’ve read that when one has no or close to no family, it’s even more important to make your friends your family.
I am just not aligning with those people here in NOLA. Many people make bars there meeting grounds and I’d love to grow friendships where the bar is not the sole place to connect.
Thus- I am seeking an intentional community. Ideally- a drive from a town where I can massage and create abundance for myself.
I am an LMT of 6 years, a near daily meditator of going on 6 years, and I have most recently started teaching breathwork/meditation to children (which I really enjoy!!).
I pray that this post gets seen by the eyes that are meant to see it and that you may have an open heart and mind to receive my message. I know there is a life filled with so much more joy and alignment out there. Thank you for your time in advance,
