I have lots of experience living in shared housing, including some years spent as a member of an income sharing intentional community. I'm looking for people who might be interested to go in on buying or renting a property near Olympia, WA. I've got a connection selling land that's been tended with permaculture principles for about 15 years, with some off-grid living space, and room to develop as the next group sees fit. I would not buy on my own, but have some capacity to invest. Please contact me if you are interested in this, or have a space in an already established co-living situation. I'm not in a hurry to move, but flexible -- as of summer 2025. So I guess I'm open to joining a community / casual co-live space, but also may be helping a new community form.

Not a large group, just small scale home with a few people and some garden space. This could be in town, or semi rural, but I would want internet and cell service, and to be within 20 minutes or so of hospital or other health care services.
